A process management dream...

It is probably difficult to appreciate just how glorious this was. From a process management point of view, these guys were magicians. But on a more personal level, the sheer amount of pilsner jetting through this assembly line was mind boggling...a beer lovers wet dream. This was in a Vienna beer garden a couple of hours before a big football game. We ate some (fried) pig's knee, which is simply beyond description. Anyone have a pic of that thing?
